The Jetty

The Jetty sits on the edge of a private lake in the Waimate district, offering a peaceful glamping stay with water right at your feet. Large windows and doors open to the deck, making the most of the outlook across the lake and surrounding farmland.

Inside, it’s warm and well set up, with a comfortable bed, simple kitchen facilities and thoughtful finishes that make it feel considered rather than rustic for the sake of it. Everything you need is in one tidy space, designed for two.

Spend the day swimming, paddle boarding or doing very little at all. In the evening, light the fire, pour a drink and watch the light change over the water before settling in under a clear South Canterbury sky.
