Waimate Golf Club

Waimate Golf Club has an idyllic 18 hole - par 72 - 5523 metres course with one of the finest examples of parkland golf in South Canterbury.  The course has great views of the surrounding countryside.

Green Fees:
$30 per round for members of an affiliated club
$40 per round for non-members of an affiliated club

The club rooms are available for hire for private functions and events and can host up to 120 people.

Camping is available to motorhomes in the golf club car park. Golfers who have played a round are free of charge to stay and non golfers are $5 per person (camping fees to be paid into green fees box).

Maungati Golf Club

Maungati Golf Club is a picturesque nine hole, 18 tee golf course 54 km north of Waimate. The course offers a classic kiwi country golfing challenge. The links are in a valley with extinct volcano Mt Horrible to the north, and the Hunter Hills to the South.

Waimate Disc Golf

Waimate has two amazing disc golf courses to play! A fun 9-basket course can be found at the stunning Victoria Park, and the newly constructed 18-basket course is located in the leafy arboretum of Knottingley Park.
